Janie has been fantastic. Every time I’ve gone in, all measurements have been perfect and she’s been extremely professional and proficient. Dapper and dashings actually care about their customers and make even rental shopping a great experience!
The selection they had was nice and the pick up process was good and easy. What was very disappointing is that my son stepped out of the car and the whole seam in the seat of his pants came apart. When I came to return it they told me I would get a call because there would likely be a charge. This was definitely no fault of his and the fact that they even considered charging us when he had to spend the whole prom with ripped pants was crazy to me.
