I had a bad experience and will never return to the store again. I received very poor customer service and wasn't happy with the desserts.
Excellent scratch made bakery items. I really love the morning glory muffins and wedding cake cupcakes
I was in the shop on Friday 9/12 and found the customer service to be non existent. I walked in and found at least 4 woman standing behind the counter working and talking amongst themselves. There was another woman taking an order from a customer and another young lady working on the other side by herself. I looked around fully expecting someone to at least look up and speak to me. Worst experience I have ever had in any establishment since moving to NC. My husband and I had planned to stop by this bakery for some time now and made the trip today. The parking lot was empty as well as the store. When we walked in, there were four women sitting at a table talking. Two with their backs to us and the others facing the door.
