Always pleasant when I see her. Wasn’t rushed and was thorough with her exam.
She is an okay doctor for routine care. When I needed her the most when I got sick, she brushed off some of the symptoms I was describing, did not speak to me after my appointment, did not adequately follow up after test results came in, and made a lazy diagnosis. She did not communicate the diagnosis or treatment plan with me directly. She dropped me as a patient when I needed her the most, because I disagreed with her diagnosis. Dr. Rosales Barragan has been my physician for several years now. Not only does she take the time to listen but she follows up even when she doesn’t hear from me in a while. Dr. Rosales has helped me with my severe anxiety disorder she knows I get anxious with new medication and she takes the time to walk me through it all, my constant UTI’s that nobody was able to figure out (she took the time to find the root of the problem), and she has helped my diabetic mother every single time. One of the most professional Doctors I have seen in Tucson. She listens to you, talks to you about everything. She is in no hurry to rush you out of the office and is very thorough. If I hadn’t moved out of state I would of stayed with her and followed her anywhere she went
Dr Rosales Barragan is an inadequate doctor at best. Very poor communication during my visit and after. Asked very few questions during my wellness exam. And only listened to my heart and lungs and looked in my ears. She ran blood work and didn’t tell me what she would be checking for. She refused to run a blood test that I requested. She ordered a CT scan which was denied by my insurance due to lack of information from the doctor.
