It’s been along time we just moved back from fl and I want her back as my lung dr again. She was so helpful and kind. She understood how I felt and eased my mind .. I am hoping I can be her patient again. The only reason why I left her was bc I moved .

Dr. Mac Bruce is okay, but it is difficult to get ahold of her office to schedule. The front desk staff don’t have a system in place to answer the phone. She has also ran behind for every appointment. The first appointment takes months to get even though she has appointments available for regular patients. This isn’t a good standard of care, especially when a patient goes there for lung problems. The office staff and managers are rude. I had a 1045 am appt. I arrived about 10 minutes early. The waiting room was full of people so I asked the receptionist how far behind she was. She said the question should be how on time she is and the answer is "she isnt." She said there were 2 people ahead of me so it shouldn't be too long . I waited for 50 minutes during which time everyone that came before me went back into the offices, also about 4 people that came after me.
