I was sold a membership last fall, have been trying to book the facials (that I have already paid for) via email, calling. Have not received a single response since January. Hoping this will reach someone so I can use the credits I have already spent with them, but not optimistic. I would proceed with caution on buying any sort of membership or package with them
This is my favorite skincare spot in the city!! It’s all Biologigue Recherche products, such luxury. Kari has the literal hands of god. I walk out floating and my skin has never been better. The effects last for weeks. I owe her so much. I also love the owner Gia, she is so welcoming and informative.
Love Daphne and the whole team! I go for upkeep BR facials every other month and my skin has never looked better!
Got a facial here in the fall (was just looking to book one and realized I forgot to leave a review). This was my first time at Daphne- my friend made the appointment for me- she was told the owner would be at the getting that day and would help recommend the facial I should get. I booked in for the longest most expensive one just to make sure I saved enough time for my booking to get the best experience. this was my second time at daphnes and i wont be going back. not a relaxing spa experience, the facialist didn't explain anything that was going on, gave me so much attitude, rude, didn't even ask if i had any allergies! super red flag. id rather go somewhere where you feel welcomed and not awkward and scared to say something to your facialist if you're going to be spending that much on a facial. the person checking in was also rude and not welcoming.
