I’ve been a patient at DAP Health for years, and I used to recommend them. Used to. Now? It’s like watching your favorite indie band sell out to a soulless record label. Let’s talk prescriptions. I’ve always picked mine up at Walgreens—conveniently located on their campus. Then out of nowhere, I get a call about a prescription waiting at DAP’s pharmacy in Cathedral City. DIL went in excited for her first prenatal appointment with Lorraine Chun. The experience was not only disappointing but despicable. The entire visit Lorraine Chun was demeaning and displayed no patient care concern whatsoever she behaved as if my daughter in law was asking dumb questions and Chun was too smart for them. Let me say, she isnt. When my son observed this behavior he as any man should , respectfully spoke up and let Chun know she was dismissive of his wife’s concerns and he didn't appreciate it.
