I had to write a review after reading so many critical comments. I wondered if I was going to the same medical facility as some of the reviewers. I came to DAP 4 years ago. I certainly had trepidations. My previous provider was the University of Michigan Health System - a world class facility with top notch care. Felipe Cendejas left me on read several times. I contacted patient services and they could not get a reason why let alone get ahold of him. I’ve been trying to get an MRI for over a month at this point, so I can start treatment. They have just let the requests from the insurance provider sit in their inbox.
