Dr. Dao and Kim have been great to me over the years. Dr. Dao is attentive, punctual and concise in his assessments. Kim has the locked in personality so you have to responsive, short to the point and thorough in your statements. I believe there's a misconception in some of these older reviews that possibly mistake Asian directness for rudeness and would be caught off guard because of it.
This doctors office is managed by the wife of the doctor Kim , she’s extremely rude and will ignore phone calls and refuse to schedule appointments if she doesn’t like you.
