my doctor left the KP network so I had to get another doctor and KP recommended that I use this doctor. I tried to get some simple bloodwork done for my job and nobody called me back. I called KP network back. They said that he’ll call will leave a message after, four or five attempts they finally called me back and they said they wouldn’t help me with simple bloodwork. The staff was terrible in caring for my concern. I would never. Use this doctor. His staff was terrible as well.
Dr. Dao could not be more attentive and patient when explaining what he did, what we needed to do and how to go about it. He is absolutely a 5 star doctor.
Very good. Dr. Dao answered all my concerns regarding my surgery and his staff was very helpful in sending all paperwork for my leave of absence for work. I would go to Dr. Dao for any surgical needs in a heartbeat!
My experience with Dr. Dao has been great. Actually he has performed 2 surgeries for me, over a year ago a double hernia and recently Nissen Fundoplication. A positive outcome for both. Dr. Dao was very patient, answers questions and in my case allowed me adequate time both before and after the surgeries.
Well I had the lap and surgery a few years back every thing was fine at first ended up slipping so had to have it removed when discussed having lap and reinserted due to myself having weight issues was told shouldn't be an issue when it came time dealing with his staff was a challenge to get calls or emails I needed was denied by my insurance due to being 20 pounds to light even though I'm considered obese once again and feel like they can care less I'm back to the person I fought not to be??
