Having had a car accident a few months back, I suffered from whiplash symptoms. Unbeknownst to me, was the breadth and depth of the injury. Wow. I love Jacob’s Qi Gong work. He just sent me this wonderful heart healing sound exercise! Honestly, I felt relief from the anxiety and stress that I have been carrying around for days. His guidance throughout is warm, clear and helpful which is exactly what I need . There was almost an immediate feeling of expansiveness in my chest. I mean it .And a deep release of tension in my upper body . Thank you so much for this one, Jacob.
