this guy was 20 minutes late for my colonoscopy that was already rescheduled for 2:30 p.m. that should have been at 7:30 a.m. and he said you're giving me quite an attitude for somebody that I'm about to put to sleep. This is our American healthcare system my friends.

This physician codes all insurance claims to maximize charges thus leaving the patient owing for services 100% covered by insurance. No wonder folks are not happy with healthcare. Most disorganized organization I have ever experienced.
