I need a way to see boil water advisories! I’ve been living in Danville for YEARS and every other week there’s some advisory somewhere. Just constanltly putting out boil water. you don’t tell us when it’s not safe and it’s constantly like this, I literally can’t look at the website every time I drink water I NEED an alert
Waited all day to find out if my service line needed replaced because of possible lead contamination. They never got back to me. Never bothered to return my phone call. Now six months later, I have to filter everything, because the water department can't tell me if the water is safe. What kind of service is this? Where is your duty to your citizens? Where is the common courtesy?
-0 is more like the vote Danville city water should get. The amount of money we pay out to them we should have at least decent water service. And the customer service is absolutely awful.
