Every time I call because your online system is always wrong, the people are rude. No customer service niceness or anything. But the second were rude back it’s a problem. And we get kicked out or hung up on. Calls will be recorded from now on from our end. Absolutely no reason to rush off the phone and be rude pretty much every time we call. We’re trying to make sure WE PAY OUR BILL PROPERLY BECAUSE YALLS SYSTEMS ARE CENTURIES OLD.

Not all mind you...BUT, the decision makers need a course in business management. Water dept seems to have different priorities than their citizens of Danville. Mainly opposed to having to pay large amount to pay by phone...when extremely high property taxes in Danville should count for something but to have frozen line burst and be told "just repair then bill will be reduced"...but there was a timeline..."an undisclosed catch" if you will. I wish I could rate zero stars! So, you need to submit an application?? To get to pay a ridiculous deposit on a monopolized utility, then show proof of address through email that they may or may not check once a day, then wait until they email you back then go pay the deposit to wait until the next (business) day to get service. Why the application?? Can you really deny someone water? Especially when this is the only option??? Give me a break.

They don’t care if you go days without water. I paid my bill on Thursday and it’s now Tuesday and they’re just now sending someone out.
