If you plan on staying here, here some things to prepare for! :) Rolling fire alarms through the month at ridiculous times in the night ! Woken up 3 times in one month by a Fire alarm at 4am… Good luck with parking when events happen at the pavilion, you might as well not leave your apartment because its so bad! Because not only, Norfolk Southern trying to tow your car if you park in the train tracks! I absolutely loved living downtown. Nothing negative to say about it at all!!!! Management is great and maintenance was on point. I would definitely recommend!!!
I had a great experience staying at the River District Lofts. I stayed at the lofts for 3 years. No complaints. Response time when needing something taken care of was great. The cleanliness of the apartments was great. Never had issues with any of my neighbors. And the staff at Wilkins and Company (especially Joie) was very professional and extremely helpful.
The response on complaints are vague if at all. The internet is so poor you can’t stream anything.. get used to basic cable.. The walls are thin. The wedding venue enters the building as they please and let’s people enter the secure door and props it open. Your gym will be filled with strangers.. don’t worry if you get an email threatening to take action against you for smoking in the building because apparently they send it to every tenant.
