Went at the time they were suppose to open at 7am. 7:30am no one was there, so we had to leave and go back at lunch. Unacceptable. Someone should be there when it is suppose to open. That might be tolerable, if the staff was helpful. The guy that works there... clearly hates his job. The woman is generally nice as long as your not questioning the procedures.
All I could say is be careful. I went here to do blood draw on Sunday 12/10/16 and just realized today (Monday) how bruised up my arm is. When the phlebotomist punctured the needle, I told her it hurt and instead of being concern, she just said "I know just hang in there and hold still". I didn't think of it until today when my friend pointed out to me how bruised blue the area is. I was wondering on Sunday why my arm felt as achy.
