i am a truck driver and I'm gone away from family and friends for months at a time. i have trusted Riverside Park for years to keep my valuables safe. i called today to simply find out what my bill was to see if i needed my brother to run by there and pay and was told to "hold on a minute" ..20 minutes later i was still on hold and decided that was long enough and was as patient as needed to be after being put on hold for a "minute". i will be posting picture for proof.
