Fantastic people managing the place! We had amazing neighbors and made good friends during our time here. Danville is a quiet and friendly community, would recommend for sure!
They delete any negative truthful comments about their park on other social media, so I guess I’m coming here. They are selling houses knowing how bad of shape they are in. They slap some paint on and call it remodeled. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. Whoever buys lot 163 enjoy the ant colony that lives in the walls, and the roaches you won’t be able to get rid of because the property grounds have all that sewer sitting for them. Scammers. Bait& switch. Will take your information under the guise of renting. Even asked if that's what i wanted versus rent to own. I said yes only rent-- NO rent to own. THEY changed in the middle of the process to say oh no we changed to only do rent to own. After running my husband's perfect credit. Taking fees etc. I'm had we didn't go with them. A friend of mine also had a bad experience with them. They block anyone who has anything negative to say about them.
