I have lived here with the old owner and new owner. And when I say you will love the people, you will, but you will not like everything else. Ants and roaches in every single trailer here, and they give you tubes off stuff off Amazon to fix it yourself, feral cats everywhere, and they up your rent as they see fit. They’ll tell you it’s $25 each year…unless you have a voice and make noise…the. You will get a $75 increase to to ur already outrageous rent. love the community, very quiet and calming place to live. and the community helps each other. never stayed were people have done that.
Nice clean park , Living here is like your own little community! Shauna goes above and beyond in taking care of the residents need ! Love it , great place to live !
