I used a Groupon for a 90 minute massage. They never asked what type of massage I wanted from the options provided on the Groupon. My massage was supposed to be with Jenny but instead it was with someone else. The massage was very mediocre at best, the masseuse was on and off her phone the whole massage, and she ended it 15 minute early. Not sure what happened to this place as I use to enjoy coming here. Very nice massage and nice, quiet rooms!
As a frequent client, I have enjoyed the service at Danville Massage Therapy. Each visit has been a very special occasion, and I can hardly wait for my next appointment. I have lower back issues that have been a problem for years, and my preference is for deep muscle work to relieve tightness. Julie, an experienced therapist, understands the areas that need special attention, and she is the best that I have had. Totally disappointed!! Never ever i have seen such rudest behaviour in parlours. The lady who is at reception is absolutely rude and greedy!! I came to this message center with a Groupon coupon. The massage was bought for 1 hour but ultimately oncluded in 45 mins. The lady thought I did not track the time. I let the 15 mins go. The massage was okay but definitely not great, because long pauses were taken in between to get towels and stones. I had a wonderful walk on my back massage with Amy. It was really great and balanced her body weight over my shoulders and back and the pressure was about perfect for me. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed and had a little bit of soreness the next day, but in the good way. They were also very understanding when I let them know I was running late for my appointment and they still went at least the full amount of time without making me feel rushed.
