I have never in life meant anyone so rude. This is my first bad review and I am in disbelief. The Classpass app suggest I get there 15 mins early so I did and I am told that I am early and I let her know that the app said to come in early and she just looks at me like I am stupid and says WELL I HAVE A CLIENT… and I say ok… I can wait… I know I’m early… my appointment time is here and nobody has told me to go in. I bought a gift certificate for my wife that had NO expiration date on it in Dec 2019. She went to redeem it three years later and hadn't tried earlier due to the pandemic. She was told that the business had been sold and the gift certificate could not be honored even though the name of the business, contact information and everything else remained the same on the gift certificate. This is bad business practice and they've lost a customer.
