Wow. Danville Hardwoods is a class act business. We recently completed an entire house install of engineered hardwood floors. Five years ago, we hired Danville Hardwood to refinish our wood floors and felt that they did a great job. So, recently, when we needed to repair some spots after a kitchen renovation, we went back to Danville Hardwood for the work. What a mistake. I have never had such a poor customer experience.
