Was very surprised my first time being back at the old "Handi Mart"..had been over 10 years and it looks like they're coming up in the world! As someone who's worked in restaurants for over 20 years, let me tell you..this kitchen was SPOTLESS!!! Even the hood vents were so clean they looked like they had been installed yesterday(very, very impressive...someone definitely cares back there!!!)
