Office staff is rude and unprofessional. I have taken my mother to office and had to call for my mother, to which these experiences have too long of a wait time. Sent private message to express my concerns.
called office three times yesterday said they wpuld call back never did. husband just got out of hospital and was bleeding had to go next day scary to be bleeding and not know what to do since this is something new.
