Waited 25 days for this appointment. Came in for Mucocele (cyst) removal (minor surgical procedure) previously diagnosed. Paid $105 for an evaluation (no problem) then they handed me a $1,700 propose bill for a biopsy. According to all online sources state "a total of $1,700 is extremely expensive for a mucocele removal. Even if that amount covers everything, it is still roughly 3 to 5 times higher than what the procedure typically costs out-of-pocket." Visited their Tracy office after they got me in quickly due to poor work done from another office, that lead to infection and intense pain. They were kind, welcoming, efficient, and comforting. They did incredible work, even supporting us in figuring how to to proceed from there. I even feel better than pre root canal the day after! Beth squeezed my hand when I experienced unexpected pain, the doctor made sure I knew what was happening the entire time, and they helped us navigate insurance. I recently had an appointment at this dental office, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly top-notch. The receptionist definitely needs communication training. Not once but twice very rude and unprofessionals It was my daughter. She went elsewhere to have the services rendered. BTW my daughter herself is a healthcare provider
Amazing staff, super clean office. Dr. Chinta is the best endodontist in the world. No other doctor has taken the time to actually answer all my questions and she was really honest with her diagnosis, really appreciated everyone. <3
