Visited their Tracy office after they got me in quickly due to poor work done from another office, that lead to infection and intense pain. They were kind, welcoming, efficient, and comforting. They did incredible work, even supporting us in figuring how to to proceed from there. I even feel better than pre root canal the day after! I recently had an appointment at this dental office, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly top-notch. The waiting area was welcoming, and the administrative staff handled check-in quickly and pleasantly. The atmosphere of the office is what really sets it apart. The receptionist definitely needs communication training. Not once but twice very rude and unprofessionals It was my daughter. She went elsewhere to have the services rendered. BTW my daughter herself is a healthcare provider
Amazing staff, super clean office. Dr. Chinta is the best endodontist in the world. No other doctor has taken the time to actually answer all my questions and she was really honest with her diagnosis, really appreciated everyone. <3
