Raise your hand if you love going to the dentist! No one? Yeah, I thought so... But let me be clear — my hesitation has nothing to do with the amazing team at Danville Downtown Dentistry. In fact, it's because of them that I’m giving a full 5 stars. They are incredibly patient and kind, especially to those of us who are freakishly fearful of dental visits. If you were going here when Caskey was here, find a new doctor. The new group that took over is highly incompetent in their billing department. They took over a year to try to bill my insurance for a cleaning. I had a job change and had received new insurance at that point, so they are now trying to bill me the full cost and send us to collections. The staff is not helpful at the office and the billing department never returns messages or calls. Do not go here.
My hygienist Jennifer is great and did a wonderful job cleaning and polishing my teeth as well as hold a great conversation. I met the new dentist and believe she will do as great of job. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
