Rude and condescending, extrememly judgemental. Intentionally harms patients they dislike. Do not come here to establish a pcp. I wasnt rude once but they disagreed with other professionals diagnosis and apparently didnt like the fact I had documentation of my health concerns. They got more begrudgingly the more evidence I provided eventually ending in them intentionally giving me a hematoma and ignoring my tests results for over a week with no updates. Small town mindsets.
Had to have my 4 year old get a few shots and a physical. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, despite shots usually being a hard experience.
They cannot take on anymore work load. This is my first visit. I’m very sick. First impression, right off the bat, the nurse that takes your vitals acted like there was a fire, she had to escape, she was going so fast, throwing things on me, ripping them off, I don’t even know whats going on it was all so fast. I have called multiple times trying to find information about where my son’s referral was sent. I’m not from Ohio & may need a little more guidance than the average resident. They refuse to return calls, never answer the phone & none can give me an answer as to what is going on.
