So rude! Lazy, slow, incompetent. That’s all this place is they are paid through my taxes yet they want to hang up on people and act like they are superheroes. Your just the water department clerk! This place will make you wait 4 weeks to fix a bill that they mess up! This place needs to fire the office lady’s they are never answering the phone they never do anything you have to call over and over just to get one answer
