I see all the great compliments and wonder to myself how in the world can I be the only one with a bad experience. I had a shop check out my vehicle thinking it was a wheel bearing. they told me it was the transfer case. it is under warranty, but my warranty only allows 3 places in Indianapolis area for me to take it for repairs. so, I called Danville being one of those places closest. I have no issues with the work done on my vehicle what I have an issue with is the $145 diagnostic charge when I approved the work most companies will discount that charge or drop it once work is approved also I cannot believe that $70 worth of shop supplies or environmental products were used on the work I had done. On a $1200 bill as a repeat customer a $215 fee is a little much of an add on for me I think it's time shop around for another shop!
