They advertise they repair what they sell, what they dont tell you is they also charge you a service call and labor rates. We bought a microwave 5 years ago, the handle broke, we called them, they told us we were responsible for the parts, $75.00, which I understand that, when the technician wrote the bill, it was for $200.00.
