The one star is for the amazing staff but the vet was probably the most rude person I’ve ever met. Maybe learn to communicate with the owners, actually listen, and stop being so judgmental. Biggest issue she didn’t actually listen to a single word I said, was very rude in response to a stressful situation, and didn’t actually say what she wanted or what she was doing just did it then got mad when i didn’t read her mind.
Now closing up shop. Good idea. This vet didn't listen to any of my questions or concerns, and her notes (I have them since she is closing shop) are so pompous and condescending it's insulting. I guess clients questioning things isn't something she likes. She had no interest in my dog and didn't ask me a thing about her.
Even though Lisa has to do "tough" things (nail clips & butt ream-outs) to her, Lucy always leaves with a smile! Thank you, Lisa & all the techs assisting...
Knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They take extra steps to make your visits less stressful on your pets and you. So grateful for all they do. Thanks to everyone at Danville Animal Hospital for the care you give.
