Tim is the only mechanic I will ever go to again. He is the most trustworthy and honest person in this business. He went above and beyond to make sure my emissions issue was not only covered by the Honda dealership, but also that they honored it after multiple rejections from the service department. He even took time out of his day to bring my car to get inspected after.
Tim and Carrie and Eric and the whole crew at Danvers Automotive are just plain awesome. We have a 2009 Rav 4 that has almost 200K miles on it. It started vibrating like an amusement park ride anytime we got above 20mph last week. Been going for years. Always fast, professional, and well priced
I only take my cars to Tim and his team. My first experience with Tim was all I needed to never look for another mechanic again. My Town & Country would not start after a battery replacement. After a week of diagnosing the problem Tim called me and was very honest it could have been a faulty power control module or the entire electric system.
