Place is in a good spot but it’s managed horribly with the problems seemingly getting worse. Apartment was given to us with boogers on the walls, dishwasher so disgusting that we never used it, it was just in a really bad shape that it felt they didn't even bother cleaning the apartment before we moved in. It's located in a great location but that's about all it has going for it compared to other apartments. German roach infested . Water leaks , AC old and moldy , several times sewage / nieghbors shit was over flowing on the lawns ...I had to buy my own Refrigerator because they said they're old busted up with no shelves was still working..mandatory they charged for a garbage pick up but they never did. Welcome Matt for roaches and strays..
