We used this lawyer to finalize our house purchase. Before the closing date, a serious issue with the furnace was discovered. The seller was aware that the furnace had a gas leak and deliberately attempted to conceal it. Despite this, Mr. Cimecek failed to take any meaningful action to protect our rights as his clients.
