I just can't believe how Ms. Jessica messed up my LabCorp records and dared to not correct her mistake. I spoke with authority and the receptionist lady exaggerated the truth to put it nicely and stated that I yelled at her. I don't have tolerance for this type of behavior and someone that incapable of apologizing.
