I have been a customer since Jeff Saunders took over the agency. He and his staff are not about the sale-they are about the customer. Mr. Saunders does not sit back and have his staff do the work. He is right there to greet customers and is the first agent I have EVER had explain coverage. And he explains it so that I can understand it. The entire staff is patient, kind and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there.
