I needed to be seen and the office was kind enough to get me in within a reasonable time. I generally don’t leave reviews but Dr. Raju went above and beyond my expectations. I read some of the poor reviews and it’s truly a disgrace to rate him based on actions of staff. My family has been seeing him since 1990 and now that I am 30 and back in Ocala it was a no brainer when I got sick to call his office. He treated me accurately and resolved my issue.
I would give them a 5 if it wasn't for the poor service by the staff! The staff don't know what they are doing!
I wish I would've went to another practice, but unfortunately here goes to another 3 months waiting to see one.... this guy makes you wait 2-3 months just to get an appointment with him, and he tells you to go and follow up with other Doctors!! What am I seeing you for then?!?!? My plan doesnt even require referrals! I thought PCPs were supposed to manage and oversee your overall health, well... if mine was in the gutter, he wouldn't even know, he didnt even lay a hand on me when I came into my appointment, only his assistan... read more
Dr.Raju needs to reconsider letting go of certain office staff, that is the only reason I didnt get to see him, because they were so abruptly RUDE!!
I came into my appointment and My Doctor didnt even know my name... picture that. Not only that, I felt that every appointment I had him, I had to walk him through on how to do his job! It seems that it this point, he's just there to collect a check, rather than to fulfill the oath to help his patients that all Doctors take. I gained nothing out of my appointments with him.
