I was not going to post this but I am still dealing with the aftermath of how this team left the property months later. The team (avoiding dropping names) is very delayed with responses and was not fully forthcoming about permitting experience. I believe he and his team are skilled at building but lack the administrative component that require multiple follow ups and follow throughs for a successful project. We LOVE DANTEX!!! Daniel and his crew were the very best to work with on our whole house…interior/exterior PLUS addition renovation! They took our beloved 96 year old house (which we had lived in as is for 20 years) and turned it into our dream home. Our project included all new roof, sidings, insulation, windows, drywall throughout, foundation repair, paint, tile and a fireplace. Fantastic team and crew. 3 small projects: 1. kitchen coffee bar needed butcher block and backsplash tile. 2. Guest bath needed ceiling painted, shiplap installed vanity removed and replaced and new LED mirror installed 3. Bi- fold closet door install. Dantex Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing rotten siding and painting my house. I highly recommend Daniel and his company. They were very professional. A contract was provided with clear scope defined as we initially discussed. They delivered the agreed upon work very quickly and they were very timely every day on their arrival.
