Ive been here multiple times and every time sandwiches were on point. I came in a few days ago to order, the gentlemen taking my oder rushed me and got it completely wrong. Ordered 2 heros with honey nturkey and swiss, received 2 heros with roasted turkey on paninnis, no Swiss. These weren't complicated orders, but a clear lack of understanding the English language. Can’t rate their food since I wasn’t able to get inside, despite getting to the store 15 minutes before their posted close time. Just wanted to buy dried goods. Asked one of the workers when they came out and he said “ok”, but did not unlock the door for us and motioned us to go in (with the door still locked). We waited a couple more minutes and another person came out the exit and before my husband could finish the sentence that we didn’t want sandwiches, just dried goods she ran back inside saying “we’re closed”. Honor the hours you post. If you need to close earlier, simply take the sign out of the window and put closed. Rude when I expressed I wanted to buy dry goods and not prepared food. Will not try to come here again.
