I went to pick up a replacement part of my tux in the Manahawkin location today and the man working here was so nasty and very unprofessional. Went I went to try on my replacement jacket he said “well what do you want me to do if it doesn’t fit, I didn’t size you!” Do not go here and steer clear of this place. He said if it doesn’t fit I can’t even get a replacement in time for a wedding that is not even today.
Went in to the shop to have my fiance measured for his tux and dress shirt for our wedding. We ordered the shirt and rented the tux just for them to come in about 5 sizes too big. The shirt looked as though he was swimming in fabric. We are so disappointed that we can't depend on the local shop and will need to drive out to Toms River, instead. Thanking my lucky stars that we discovered the mis-sizing with enough time to fix the issue!
I have a upcoming wedding out in California this July and had to get out of state measurements done. I found this shop through TuxedoFit.com and made an appointment to get measurements. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating! They did my measurements free of charge! Should I have a future need for a Tuxedo they will certainly be my top choice. Thank you again for the great service!
