Denise Flaherty is super unprofessional, and rude. I called to inquire about a refund because she RUINED my wife's dress and we missed our ENTIRE cocktail hour... She is super bad at her job.. she couldn't even set up the dress correctly and we had to scramble on our WEDDING day... I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. She also hung up in my face when i was describing to her about the refund and why we wanted more money back... Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.. HORRIBLE JOB. This seamstress did a poor job on my sister’s wedding dress. Several button loops broke without much pressure while my mom and I were trying to get my sister into the dress. One loop was broken before we even put it on her. My mom was unable to bustle the dress as there was only one button and some of the loops broke. I got married recently as well and my mom had no problem with bustling my wedding dress as I used a different seamstress.
