This company is in the business of professional scamming. When they installed the system, they told us that we were able to drink the water and since day 1 this was far from being true. We had another company that tested the water and it seems that we had high levels of Manganese. DWS said that it was not possible because they know the land and it does not have Manganese. I highly recommend Dansville Water Systems! I went in to get pool water tested to help clear up my daughter and son-in-law's pool while they were away. The staff was amazing -the woman on the phone was incredibly helpful, and the gentleman at the counter professionally walked me through the testing process and exact steps to fix the problems. It takes time for chemicals to work, but I'm already seeing great results. I hope my kids continue doing business with them! Thank you again for for all your help.

No water on the day they were closed, went there someone was there they took my info. Came to my house next day in the morning. No time at all had water running. Your service people were just great. Thank you.
