I do not recommend you do business with this company. If you have ever seen the shows on TV where they call in different companies to fix an issue with let's say a hot water heater and in reality there isn't anything wrong with it other then they unplug it. Dansville water systems is the company that would tell you that you need a new hot water heater instead of actually taking the time to see what's wrong and notice it's just unplugged. The first half of this review is 6 years late. I had no water on a snowy holiday weekend and DWS came that Saturday morning, diagnosing and then installing a new submersible water pump and then a bladder tank in very inclement weather. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Fast forward six years to another holiday weekend, and after a mishap with the well cap, I had no water once again. Called Bryce at 5 pm Thurs.for a price on a UV system.He was there the next morning @ 8:50 exactly when he said ,finished the job @10 am.Charged me just what he quoted.looks excellent.

This company is in the business of professional scamming. When they installed the system, they told us that we were able to drink the water and since day 1 this was far from being true. We had another company that tested the water and it seems that we had high levels of Manganese. DWS said that it was not possible because they know the land and it does not have Manganese.
