Best renting experience I have ever had. Maintenance is speedy, and the apartments are affordable. Highly recommend!
I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and it’s been a great experience. The rent is very affordable for the area, and the landlords are super responsive. Anytime there’s a maintenance request, it gets taken care of quickly. I’ve never had issues with bugs or rodents only saw a small mouse one winter, but management handled it right away and I haven’t seen any since. I first lived in one of Danshire Property Management’s units in 2014 and always had a great relationship with them. They were consistently attentive to any needs and kept the building safe and clean. When they sold that building in 2017, my experience with the new management company was the complete opposite. I actually called Danshire to ask if they had another unit available nearby because I specifically wanted to live in one of their properties again.
