The work eventually all got done and the end results is nice, but it was not a smooth process. The good: they worked with me to find the tile and paint and stuff I wanted, and were capable of doing the actual construction involved. Despite various setbacks they were willing to fix things to make sure the end product met my expectations. The bad: It was a pretty rough process. The quality of their work is outstanding and excellent. We had to use other parties which made coordination more difficult and the pricing of cabinet folks was outrageous. A supply and demand thing.
Great service. I had a tenant that complained of a mold problem in a rental property. Dansel Restoration was extremely responsive and quick. Within a few days, they did a test and confirmed there was no mold issue. I got the results back in a day or so. They are a no nonsense, professional company and I appreciated the work that they did.
