Be very careful with your money with these people. Going on 5 days trying to get my money back on an order I asked to cancel to begin with! After 6 days I did get my refund but none of this should have happend to begin with. I do have to say Samantha in customer service did a great job getting my refund.
This is my first time ordering here and all I can say is that they have the best customer service I have ever experienced.I had a couple of questions, I sent a email after office hours I didn't expect a response until maybe a couple of days later. I was surprised when they answered me a couple of hrs later answering all my concerns.They even letting me know that they wouldn't have certain items in stock and what I wanted to do,this is very helpful because we are located in Houston. Defiantly will continue to order from here.
