Very disappointed! They came out to measure room (11' x 15') and I went to Akron location to pick carpet. I found a remnant 12' x 20' and made appointment to have installed. They arrived between 3 - 3:30 and discovered the carpet was too small. The carpet measured 12' x 13' 6", not 12' x 20' as marked on the tag. I called the store and spoke to the salesperson and Manager. Said this happened because it was a remnant. Told me to come back out and pick something else.
