Came here to have a reefer unit repaired, upon pulling in I broke an airline. Dan quoted me “$65 for one airline, $185 for the entire assembly”. I chose to do one airline, and assumed the cost would be the $65 quoted up front. Upon payment I found the total to be $165. When asked where the discrepancy was, I was met with “we can just rip the airline off your truck” and “if I let you pay that I’d be losing money”.
