Avoid Dans Pro Heating and Cooling in Clermont. Daniel Santiago (owner). I have been without AC for 12 days due to Daniel. He came out to replace a single part and mis-wired the unit causing the control board to blow up (he admitted this on recorded video). He promised to come out and repair, but since then he has given excuses, failed to come out when promised, and now continues to ignore any communication or fix it despite numerous promises to do so via text. Run away from this company! Dishonest, and not a man of his word. The owner damaged our unit, made empty promises to repair, and never showed. I've never experienced this level of poor customer service. He even knew I lost my daughter and left me without air on Mother's Day (was thirteenth day with no AC due to his error). So disappointing!!! He tries to save face by sounding helpful on negative feedback. But he has our contact information and is ghosting us. This is another example why he cannot be trusted.

Thank you, Dan for helping us to have heat again in this cold rainy Jan. '25. We called Dan at 7:29 for help, he answered and was ready to come out to solve our heating unit problem.
