Dan came out to inspect the water heater but was unable to confirm whether it was the correct unit for the building. He did not follow up as promised, and I had to call him myself. When I requested quotes for a replacement, he again failed to provide them. We ultimately hired another plumber who immediately identified the issue and replaced the water heater. Dan is outstanding, fair, and honest. He's done work at our house and church as well as friends, neighbors, and family. We're already trying to figure out who our "Dan" replacement is going to be once he retires. Doubt one of his caliber and integrity exists.
