We had an issue with our car while driving from Vancouver to Kelowna. The check engine light came on, and we had some puffs of smoke coming from one of our vents. We stumbled upon Dan’s and couldn’t have had a better experience. He helped clear all the codes on the car, made sure we were topped up on everything, gave us a clean bill of health and sent us on our way. Best customer care. He saved the day and our trip!
Dan is THE MAN. He is the most honest and flexible mechanic I have ever encountered. There was one thing he didn’t know if he could get to (because my car requires some special tools sometimes that the dealership has) and he educated me on how much the part would cost, labour, etc so I could go to the dealership informed - to not be ripped off. Dan came through for us on a long weekend Saturday when we ran into electrical issues towing our trailer. Incredibly thorough and patient as he assessed and figured out a very tricky issue . His repair allowed us to carry on with our weekend plans and saved us all sorts of potential mechanical grief and cost! Thanks Dan!!
