Terrible service and manners. Took lawn mower in for servicing last week to be told that they'd call me by Friday with a quote. They never called. Thought they'd call yesterday (Monday) but nothing, so called this morning and was told by the woman who answered that she'd call back today. Couldn't be bothered waiting so went to pick up my lawn mower so I could change the blades myself once I saw they were at the nearby Mitre 10. We've been going there for the last 20 odd years we have been here. Always knowledgeable, proactive with solutions, and communicative in their dealings. The place has undergone some upgrade at some time in between, which is great.
Thought I'd support a local business but when I took my trimmer for repair they told me it would be ready before the weekend but when I called to find out if it was ready they said they hadn't even have a look to find the problem let alone fix it. Took the trimmer somewhere else and got it fixed the next day.
