The moving team themselves were excellent (considerate and responsive), but the person in the office I originally spoke with gave me a very inaccurate estimate for the cost. The final billing items were exactly what I had discussed with him except that the move took half an hour longer than estimated and yet it cost me $600 more than I had been quoted. Again, the movers themselves were lovely, so maybe just make sure you get a detailed quote in writing if you go with them!
Had a 9k Federal Military was supposed to come in to there facility. They didn’t want to comply with military regulations. Took inventory and all paperwork into a locked office to review without driver present. There plan was to skip inspection and load directly from truck to trailer. This isn’t the right and professional way to deal with these special accounts. Very odd behavior from operations. This company is very efficient, punctual and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend hiring them for any move, big or small.
