Broke down on 64. Called AAA and they arranged for a tow from Dan's. Waited an hour with no updates. Called to get an update and it turns out they're having a busy day so they decided not only to blow off my call but tell absolutely nobody. A ten second phone call could have shifted my call to a reliable service earlier but maybe they were just hoping I'd forget I'm stuck on the side of the interstate...
