Could be quite busy at the most random of times. There's a fair amount of parking, and the staff has been quite helpful during the 10-12 times I've gone there.
Dan and the Staff have expert knowledge and are kind people dedicated to supporting the musicians in Hawaii. This shop has so much top quality equipment at every price level and Dan listens very well, making the utmost effort to find out what you truly need. If you have any issues with a purchase they take care of it. The repair side if the business is top notch, I have had over 6 guitars repaired, it takes a little bit if time because they are quite busy but worth the wait as they do a fantastic job.
