This business & owner (dan) have got to be one of the most professional companies that have worked with me. Their customer service and ability to explain the job they are performing is exemplary! easy to say i’ll be using them in the future!! 10 stars in my opinion!
This is possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever work with. Twice they did not show when they were supposed to. Dan told me that he was "doing me a favor" to fix my window because he was understaffed. He also told me he "made no promise to be here this morning" as in the time I made an appoint two weeks prior and called to verify the day before. I don't know how they ever get good reviews or stay in business. It is clear why he is short -staffed. Who would work for a company run like this? I would give zero stars... read more

Best Prices and Service in Raleigh
We have used Dan's Glass many, many times and love them. Their prices are great and they have a quick turn-around time. Highly Recommend!!!
Owners wife have a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional the way they treat people.
I had a couple of estimates and found the pricing compatitive.They were very professional, did an excellent job >Even we had a problem with our bathroom wall but they fixeed the glass door >they are customer service oriented from the initial contact through to the end of service we were very pleased with the responsiveness, knowledge and work.
We remodeled a bath and rec room and needed a new shower surround in the bathroom and antique mirrors for the bar in the rec room. We went to several other glass shops in the area and they were much more expensive and/or did not have the glass we wanted. Dans Glass came out to our home to take measurements. They had everything ready on time. The installers were very nice and did a great job. We are completely satisfied with the entire experience.
I stopped by Dan's Glass, Inc recently to see if they repaired storm doors since I had come home to find my front storm door shattered the previous night. They do repair storm doors and I made arrangements for them to come out and give me an estimate. The next day they came out, measured my door, gave me an estimate which I accepted. They took the door with them, ordered the replacement glass, and two days later they were back installing my repaired door. I am very pleased with their work - timely and well done.
